Proven Process
Our Proven Residential Camp Experience
Choose & Prepare
Parents select their camp and receive clear booking confirmation, followed by structured pre-camp communications. This includes schedules, kit lists, arrival details, and staff introductions so both parents and children know exactly what to expect.
From the moment you book, you feel informed and reassured.
Arrive & Settle
Children are welcomed through a calm, organised check-in process. Our team ensures every child feels noticed, supported, and settled quickly into their groups. We get them into the sporting activity and making friends quickly to help set them up for the rest of the camp.
We understand that being away from home can feel daunting for some – our coaches and pastoral staff are trained to support that transition with warmth, routine, and reassurance.
Train, Play & Thrive
Each day follows a carefully balanced structure:
- High-quality coaching and skill development
- Nutritious, well-timed meals
- Recovery and rest periods
- Social time with peers
- Fun, supervised evening activities
This rhythm ensures children are active without being overwhelmed, challenged without being exhausted, and supported throughout the day.
Every child is fed, hydrated, supervised, and cared for – all they need to do is turn up and enjoy the experience.
Staying Connected During Camp
Phones are welcome but kept in dorms during the daytime. We encourage children to treat camp as time away to reset, build independence, and fully engage with the experience. There are appropriate opportunities to contact home if needed, supporting both wellbeing and personal growth.
If your child doesn’t own a phone. Their are opportunities to call home from the Camp leads phone. All they need to do is ask and we will make sure you are connected.
Review & Stay Connected Post Camp
Parents receive post-camp feedback, photos, and highlights celebrating progress and achievements. Families are also given early access to future camps across the UK, keeping children connected to a community they’ve become part of.

What Our Parents Say
My son really enjoyed his time at the Rugby Residential at Stamford School. Staurt and the team were fantastic.
Magnus had an amazing time. He appreciated the intensity of the rugby, which was a slight shock but really motivated him, he liked the other kids and the camaraderie, and the food was brilliant (he is coeliac so this was a massive plus because often GF food is rubbish). He came home super tired but after that cleared, was very enthusiastic about rugby.
Both of my boys took part in the camp and they thoroughly enjoyed it. From the training to the food and after rugby activities, the boys only had great words to say.
My daughter really enjoyed it, well structured and organised.
This was my daughters first time attending a camp and being away from home, she’s only 9 so was a little nervous as she didn’t know anyone but messaged home the first night to say she had made a few friends, she sent lots of photos of her meals to make her brother jealous and told us she had a great time when we collected her on day three. She loved meeting the players and hopes that she’ll be visiting one of your camps as a player when she’s older. She also wants to come back next year.
My son had an excellent time - the camp was well ran and boys felt safe and happy.
Really well planned, well delivered, "celebrity guest" lived up to expectations, caring staff.
My daughter had a great time at rugby camp, she made some great friends, the food was good and even enjoyed sleeping in the tents ! The length of time for the camp seemed to be perfect, she thoroughly enjoyed it, but glad to get back in her own bed after the 3 days !
This is the second year Stanley has attended a Lions camp. He says these camps are amazing. very well organised with loads of rugby and other sports. Food is also great. In Stanley's words 'the best camp ever'!
My son had a brilliant time, gained confidence in being away from home and came home happy, with all his belongings and in one piece!
Brilliant camp- Jack enjoyed his residential. a great way to get ready for a new season of rugby and this camp offers much that no other does. Special thanks to Ugo for a real "cherry on he cake" moment!
My son loves this camp. This was his second year and he has been looking forward to it all Summer. The quality of coaching is excellent and the food is fabulous too!”
