How We Work
Our Coaching Pathway
We’ve built a professional, supportive onboarding process designed to get to know you properly — not just your CV, but how you coach, communicate, and connect with young people.
Start by registering your interest so we can learn more about you and share how we operate.
You’ll receive a link to record a brief online interview through our platform.
This helps us understand your personality, coaching style, and experience — without the pressure of a formal interview.
Provide your qualifications, experience, availability, and areas of interest so we can match you to the right opportunities.
A member of our team will arrange a conversation to explore your experience in more detail, discuss expectations, and answer your questions.
We complete all safer-recruitment processes including DBS, references, and safeguarding verification to ensure the highest standards for the young people we work with.
Once approved, you become part of our coaching pool and will be offered work aligned to your preferences:

Rugby
Multi-day rugby camps designed to build skills, fitness, and game intelligence. Experience intensive training, competitive matches, and team bonding in a supportive residential setting.
- Skills & Match Play
Daily sessions covering tackling, passing, scrummaging, and lineouts, culminating in full-contact match experiences with expert coaching feedback.
- Camp Duration & Ages
Weekend (2-day), week-long (5-day), and holiday camps (7-14 days) available for ages 8-18, with age-appropriate groups and skill levels.
- What's Included
Full board accommodation, coaching equipment, evening activities, insurance, and qualified supervision 24/7. All meals and kit provided.
Netball
